Help for young people in Lahti in challenging life situations and support for everyday life, mental well-being, substance abuse, and relationships, among other things. Sexual counseling and guidance on studying and working life are also available. Our services are confidential and free of charge. We are here for you, so don't hesitate to get in touch!
Outreach youth work for 17–29-year-olds
Outreach youth work is for you if you want support with matters such as dealing with government agencies, finding employment, studying, housing, or income. We can provide you with information and encouragement to take care of your affairs and help you find the right services.

Domino provides support for issues related to mental well-being, crisis situations, feeling unwell, coping, everyday life, loneliness, or addictions. Sexual counseling is also available.

If you find yourself in a difficult situation, for example, you are in debt and threatened with violence. Or you are wondering whether you should take your math book or a knife to school. Or you realize that you are going to the police again to sort things out. Or a social worker is giving you one last chance before placing you outside your home. Or… Come and talk to us!
We are good at helping in many different situations. And we won't judge you, no matter what you tell us. We can just talk and listen, if that's enough. Or we can come together to sort out difficult issues between young people or with the authorities.
